Oven Cleaning

Cleaning Tidbit:

I happened to clean the oven (or PARTIALLY clean--oven window and door) last week after the boys had been cooking pizzas and the oven door was open (to warm up the house) and the oven still hot-ish.  The amazing thing I learned was that when the oven door was still warm cleaning the layers of grease and junk off was much easier.  Don't know why.  There must be some science behind it but it worked!  Give it a try?
